Abstract
This study develops a GeoAI-driven framework to prioritize agricultural flood mitigation by jointly assessing flood susceptibility, crop-level exposure, and socioeconomic vulnerability. Integrating multi-source geospatial data with machine learning, the framework identifies where flood risk, agricultural exposure, and limited adaptive capacity converge, providing decision-ready guidance for targeting flood mitigation investment in vulnerable farming regions.
